The foundation of 3-D Vision Basketball is our unique and effective training program. We customize trainings for individuals in private 1 on 1 sessions and in small group sessions.  Skill development is the main goal for all our athletes.

BOXING

RESILIENT BOXING

AGES 5-18
Boxing is a great cross-training and is available for all players. Great for increasing hand and eye coordination. Players will learn to be more explosive, improve balance, and stance while playing the game they love.
